For payments via boleto, fill in your details on the purchase page and select Mercado Pago to make the payment.
Delay in delivery of some products
Why is my order delayed?
Orders in our store are imported, coming from suppliers abroad (Switzerland, United States and Asia). Due to international logistics, some factors may cause delays, such as:
- Customs Processes: Clearing products from customs may take longer than expected.
- International shipping: Delays may occur during air or sea shipping.
- High Demand Periods: Holidays and promotions can increase order volume, resulting in longer delivery times.
- Weather conditions: Extreme weather events may affect the transportation and delivery of products.
- Unforeseen situations: Strikes, recesses or other events beyond our control may impact delivery times.
We are working hard to ensure all orders are delivered as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
How long does it take for payment to be cleared?
- Credit card: Usually cleared immediately, but may take up to 2 business days.
- Bank slip/Lottery Houses: Compensation within 3 business days.
All delivery times are calculated from payment confirmation.
How long will it take to receive my tracking code?
The tracking code is sent to the email provided when registering the purchase within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
I can't see information on my tracking code?
It may take up to 5 business days for the information to be updated. Please allow this time for your information to appear.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All products are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad (United States and Asia) and from domestic suppliers (Brazil) and delivery takes between 10 and 22 business days after posting, depending on the location. Posting occurs within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
We provide a tracking code to monitor the progress of your order's delivery.
Attention: In certain cases, the delivery time may be extended due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office or other situations beyond the store's control.
Insured shipping
If the product is delayed and not delivered within 60 business days after posting, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
Please note: You may receive more than one package as your products may come from different suppliers.
Order Tracking
Products are sent by post or another carrier, always with a tracking code. The code is sent to your email as soon as it is available.
How do I track my order?
After receiving the tracking code, you can track your item on our tracking page: https://praticotec.com.br/pages/rastreio-do-pedido, and on the Correios website. Information may take between 3 and 6 business days to appear in the tracking system.
I have already received my tracking code, but I am having trouble tracking my order.
It may take between 3 and 6 business days after shipping for the information to appear in the tracking system.
Change of Orders
I placed an order with a wrong/incomplete address.
Please contact us as soon as possible.
Care with Addressing Orders
The store ships the products to the address requested by the customer. Please make sure the address is correct when placing the order.
Recipient Absent
Make sure there is someone to receive the products. The Post Office makes three delivery attempts. If no one is available, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office branch, where it must be collected within 7 calendar days. Otherwise, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring payment of a new shipping fee.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The store is not responsible for incorrectly filled addresses. The package will be returned to the sender if the address is incorrect, and a new shipping will be required.
I would like to change the model/color of a product in my order.
It is not possible to change the order after payment. However, you can exchange or cancel it within 7 days after receiving it, according to our return policies.

How do I track my order directly on the store's website?
You can track your orders directly on our website with the order number and/or the email used for the purchase. Access the link sent to your email and/or WhatsApp.
What is the return policy?
Our return policy allows you to return products for dissatisfaction within 7 days of receipt, and for defects within 30 days. Please follow the guidelines specified in our return policies.
What should I do if my order is lost?
